Our team of organizers is obliged to the customer to hold the ordered events at the previously announced time, place and personnel. The events are prepared and conducted by qualified speakers.

The organizing committee reserves the right to make minor changes in the planning and organization of the event and in the context of the associated program, as well as to replace speakers for good reason with another speaker who can provide the same services as the original speaker. A valid reason is indicated if a speaker is unable to appear due to a coincidence of dates, illness or force majeure.

The Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the event 14 days prior to the event date due to insufficient number of participants or due to force majeure.

The Organizing Committee will immediately notify the participating clients of changes in the time or place of the event and of significant changes in the course of the event, as well as of the cancellation to the e-mail address provided by them.

In case of refusal or cancellation of the event, the client will be refunded any participation fee already paid.

Right of withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer, they have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions. If the customer is an entrepreneur, i.e. a natural or legal person or a legal entity that is engaged in a commercial or independent professional activity at the time of the legal transaction, the following provisions do not apply.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party you name registered for the event.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Customer Support.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, you only need to send a notice of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the cancellation period.

Audio and video recordings of the event must be registered before the event and are only allowed with the organizer’s permission.
